- Small pot or pan and wisk
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter or other fat
- 1 -2 tbsp flour
- 1 - 2 bullion cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
Optional Ingredients
- ½ tsp chili powder or southwest seasoning
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Melt the butter and then stir in the flour making a rue.
- Add your Broth making a gravy
- Add bullion cubes and all other spices and stir well. If too thick add more broth to thin out.
- Stir and enjoy.
